Blind Manav Kalyan Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit company working for charitable and social welfare purposes.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to voluntary contributions made through our website.

2. Voluntary Contributions

All donations made to Blind Manav Kalyan Foundation are voluntary in nature and are used for charitable and welfare activities in accordance with the objectives of the organization.

As a general rule, donations once made are non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transaction

• Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error

• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the donor must send an email to:

• Full Name

• Transaction ID / Reference Number

• Date of Donation

• Donation Amount

• Reason for Refund

The organization may verify the request before processing the refund.

5. Processing Time

If the refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

• The processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway providers such as Cashfree and Razorpay.

6. Cancellation

Since donations are voluntary contributions, cancellation of a completed transaction is not possible once processed.
However, eligible refund requests may be reviewed as per this policy.

7. Fraudulent or Misuse Cases

The organization reserves the right to reject refund requests if:

• The request is found to be fraudulent

• Required transaction details are not provided

• The request is made beyond the specified time frame
